DUI Evaluations are mandated by the Courts and DDS. They are required for two reasons.

All DUI and reckless driving charges require a Clinical Evaluation, Risk Reduction, MADD classes, community service and sometimes additional classes.
Multiple DUI Evaluations are handled a bit differently and may require an in-depth collateral interview with family members and close friends.
