The DUI School Risk Reduction Program at AACS Atlanta is a 20-hour class designed to assess high-risk behaviors and help individuals find healthier, low-risk ways to move forward. The program is typically mandated by the court or the Department of Driver’s Services (DDS) and is usually offered on weekends and evenings.
The Risk Reduction Program uses the Prime for Life curriculum developed by the PRI Institute. It focuses on honest self-assessment of high-risk behaviours and on building the awareness needed to make better decisions going forward.
Completing this program is required before your driver’s license can be reinstated following a DUI or drug-related charge in Georgia.
The Risk Reduction Program is completed in two steps:
